Steelers vs Ravens Preview
The Pittsburgh Steelers are up against the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday, October 6th. The game will take place at Heinz Field at 1:00 P.M. The Steelers earned their first regular-season victory last week, boosting their record to 1-3. The team will be looking to correct the mistakes made in the previous games while continuing to make winning plays.
The Steelers' defense will be facing one of their biggest challenges of the season. The Ravens’ offense is ranked number one, with Lamar Jackson being a leader for their success. A physical and fast game is to be expected from the Steelers defense. On the other side of the Steelers’ lineup, Mason Rudolph will be starting his third game of the season. So far, he has six touchdowns under his belt. The team will be looking to Rudolph to lead the offense and make smart plays.
This rivalry has a long history, and both teams seem to be ready for the physicality that the game will undoubtedly bring. Players have been traded and changed on both sides, but the intensity is still present. The Steelers will have to carry their confidence from their most recent win into this game in order to meet the level of play the Ravens have. The team was just starting to find their flow against the Bengals, so hopefully, the rest of the problems have been ironed out.
