Steelers vs Dolphins Preview
The bye week is over and the Pittsburgh Steelers will be back on the field on Monday, October 28th. They will be facing off against the Miami Dolphins at Heinz Field at 8:15 P.M.
The Dolphins currently sit at a 0-6 record. So, most people would think this should be an easy win for the Steelers. However, the Steelers’ season didn’t get off to greatest start and they have dug themselves into quite the hole. If the Steelers don’t play the way they need to, anything could happen. If the Steelers want to make it to the playoffs, each game needs to be a win. They had a great win in week six, so hopefully, they can take that confidence and mentality into this upcoming game.
Mason Rudolph was back on the field for practice this past week. He spoke about his eagerness to take the field on Monday and how he feels completely back to normal. Other players to keep an eye out for include Javon Hargrave. With Stephon Tuitt out with an injury for the rest of the season, Hargrave will be the one that replaces his production. Ola Adeniyi will also be on the field this week as a linebacker. He will be replacing Anthony Chickillo and is hopefully worth the preseason hype.
The Steelers can win this game against the Dolphins if they continue to build momentum from start to finish. They will need to wear down the Dolphins and be offensively aggressive. The Steelers running game has slowly but surely started working, so now they will have to develop the deep ball. On the defensive side, the Steelers will need to be able to execute plays in all phases. If the defense and offense can work together and complement one another as they did against the Chargers, there should be no issue.
Make sure you grab a ticket to our next public signing on October 26th!
